The Girl's Circle is an evidenced based model of structured support groups for girls from 9-18 years old. It is designed to foster self-esteem, help girls maintain authentic connection with peers and adult women in their community, counter trends toward self-doubt, and allow for genuine self-expression through verbal sharing and creative activity. 

This session of Girls Circle is for girls ages ~11-14





  • Introduces girls to the positive experience of a support circle, addressing topics such as "Growing up Female", "Growth & Self-Care", and "Female Role Models".


  • Confronts relational aggression and helps girls develop strong interpersonal skills


  • Helps girls build their relationships with themselves and others.





 Activities include collage, affirmations, and theme related crafts.
